Home Style Solutions' services range from fully furnishing and accessorizing empty homes and show homes to consulting with homeowners on how to detail their own homes.  The “First Impression Consultation” is a cornerstone of the services provided by HSS.  During the consultation, the HSS property specialists walk through the home with the owners, guiding them through the process of maximizing the appeal and minimizing the flaws of the property.  They address details such as curb appeal, furniture placement, decluttering, and editing personal possessions so that the home will appeal to the largest variety of potential buyers.  The homeowners receive a written report which acts as a guide and “to-do list” for preparing the property for sale.
